Mark has over 12 years experience as a Real Estate broker and builder. Mark is a Commercial Real Estate specialist in the off island markets with emphasis on the New River, Bluffton, and Port Royal commercial markets. He is actively involved in development of retail, office in the Beaufort area as well as experienced as an active investor of vacation and investment properties in Hilton Head Island and Colorado.
Prior to real estate development, Mark enjoyed ten years with FormAtion Technologies, a loan origination and retail banking Software Company. As Executive Vice President and partner, he had tremendous opportunities to participate in a wide variety of risk and reward business decisions. Mark graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Economics. He is the past chairman of the board of Sea Pines Montessori School, rated by the prestigious Ford Foundation as one of the Top Ten Montessori Schools in America.
